You can get a refund on deposits at any time for advanced orders before despatch. After delivery, you can return product in original condition in original packaging for a full refund of the product and the shipping and return cost if returned within 30 days. At our discretion we will accept products back after this period but you would then have to pay for return shipping. In this case we reserve the right to not ship product to you again.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied within 28 working days.
The limit of our liability is the cost of the product and shipping. We cannot be held responsible for consequential losses or damages from inadequate mounting of the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will not accept any claims for losses in the case of late or non delivery. The product is ordered on a prospective basis and our maximum liability is limited to refunding your payments after the product is returned.
