Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Tritium Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with the website tritium.co.uk. We collect as little data as possible and do not sell or share it with third parties.

Server logs

Our web server automatically records standard access logs when you visit this site. These logs include your IP address, the page requested, the date and time of the request, and your browser type. This data is used solely for security monitoring and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted. This processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.

Email

If you contact us by email, we will retain your email address and the content of your message for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. We will not use your email address for any other purpose or share it with third parties.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking. No data is collected about your browsing behaviour.

Firmware downloads

When you download or flash firmware from this site, the request is logged as part of standard server access logs (see above). No personal data beyond the IP address is recorded in connection with firmware downloads.

Ko-fi

The support page links to Ko-fi (ko-fi.com). If you make a voluntary contribution, your payment is processed by Ko-fi and subject to their own privacy policy. We receive only the amount contributed and any message you choose to include.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us by email. We will respond within 30 days.
